Headwaters and Big Sky Ranch families now feed Wildwood Springs → Dripping Springs Middle → Dripping Springs HS. Verify your specific street if you're in an adjacent 78620 neighborhood. 02 ### Driftwood Springs High School — opens 2028-29 Funded by the $402.3M bond (May 2025, ~70% voter support), Driftwood Springs HS is a $298.8M, 506,000 sq ft, 2,500-student campus on Darden Hill Road adjacent to Cypress Springs Elementary. Groundbreaking was April 13, 2026. Reunion Ranch and Highpointe are most likely to be rezoned to the new campus based on geography; Belterra and Caliterra could go either way. 03 ### Double L Ranch elementary connection — planned Double L Ranch (1,677 acres, 2,200+ homes) is planned with an on-site elementary connection to Dripping Springs Elementary. Homesites release mid-to-late 2026 with a decade-long buildout. Early-phase MUD rates may reach $1.00 – $1.50 / $100 AV — get the specific MUD rate and bond schedule before committing. 04 ### Belterra / Rooster Springs Belterra → Rooster Springs Elementary continues unchanged. No active rezoning impacting this feeder pattern as of the current cycle. 05 ### Caliterra and Highpointe boundary edges Boundary edges between Walnut Springs, Sycamore Springs, Cypress Springs, and the new Wildwood Springs feeders have been adjusted in recent cycles. Highpointe currently feeds Rooster Springs → Sycamore Springs Middle (the strongest combined-rating feeder in DSISD). If you're shopping on the edges of Caliterra or Highpointe, verify with the district lookup before writing. 06 ### Sycamore Springs MS continues to absorb 78737 growth Sycamore Springs Middle remains the primary growth-absorber for the 78737 corridor (Belterra, Highpointe, Parten Ranch, Reunion Ranch).
